Terms and Conditions for Navara, Pathfinder, X-Trail and Qashqai

1. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person.
2. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Nisan Motor (GB) Limited ("the Promoter") and its affiliated companies, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with or employed by or in any way connected with a company sponsoring or endorsing this promotion.
3. The first 1,000 people in the UK to test drive a new Nissan between 4th February 2008 and 31st March 2008 at participating dealerships will be entitled to a free Nissan Sports Adventure 8 DVD box set.
4. The box set will be posted to the first 1,000 eligible entrants whose completed application forms (available from participating dealerships) are received by Nissan. Only entries received before 30th April 2008 are valid.
5. All entries for the box set to be sent using the pre-paid postage facility included with the application form.
6. All eligible entrants who test drive a new Nissan between at participating dealerships between the dates of 17th December 2007 and 31st March 2008 inclusive, are eligible to enter a free prize draw for the chance to win one of four Nissan Sports Adventure holidays for two people (i.e. the winner and their chosen companion, based on two people sharing a room).
7. Entries can be made by completing the Entry Form on this leaflet and using the pre-paid postal facility provided.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries. Proof of posting shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. No bulk entries or entries by third parties shall be accepted.
9. The closing date for the receipt of entries is 30th April 2008.
10. An independent person will randomly pick four winning entrants from the pool of all eligible entries on or before 30th May 2008. The winners will be notified within 28 days of the draw date by post. To claim the prize, the winners may be required to supply proof of age.
11. If the Promoter cannot contact a winner for any reason within 28 days of the draw date by using the contact details supplied on the winner's entry form, or if the winner has provided inaccurate or incomplete contact details or if the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining correct and eligible entries.
12. Winners will be assigned to a specific holiday at random during the draw.
13. There shall be one winner who will receive a prize of a mountain bike holiday for two people to Mammoth Mountain in California. The prize consists of economy return flights from London to Reno, 7 nights accommodation in a standard unit of accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis, standard class car hire for 7 days, 2 Mountain passes for 7 days and Mountain Guiding for 2 days. Premium mountain bike hire will be made available for both parties for the duration. There shall be one winner who will receive a prize of a ski holiday for two people to Verbier, Switzerland. The prize consists of economy return flights from London to Geneva and transfers from Geneva to Verbier, 7 nights accommodation in a standard unit of accommodation on a half board basis, 2 Mountain passes for 7 days and 2 days guiding by a professional skier or snowboarder. Premium ski/board hire will be made available for both parties for the duration. There shall be one winner who will receive a prize of a Californian urban adventure holiday for two people to San Francisco. The prize consists of economy return flights from London to San Francisco, 7 nights accommodation in a standard unit of accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis, standard class car hire for 7 days, both parties will also have made available to them at no extra cost two city helicopter rides, a personal tour of San Francisco by Jangle Dan and two return speedboat trips round Alcatraz. There shall be one winner who will receive a prize of a Gorilla safari holiday for two people to Rwanda. The prize consists of economy return flights from London to Kigali, 8 nights accommodation in a range of lodges on a half board basis, full guiding will be available for the full itinerary.
14. Travellers should ensure that they obtain any required visas, vaccinations, travel -insurance, permissions and comply with conditions of travel. The prizes do not include any spending money so travellers will need to ensure that they take appropriate funds with them.
15. All prizes must be taken by 15th March 2009 and are subject to 'blackout dates' which will be notified to individual winners. All holidays are also subject to booking date availability. If the winners do not take their prizes by this date, the Promoter shall at its sole discretion be entitled to terminate this promotion and not award the prize or to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining correct and eligible entries.
16. No cash or other prize alternatives are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes can only be awarded to the winners in person. Once booked by the winners all dates and names are final and cannot be changed.
17. The winners may be required to participate in unpaid, reasonable publicity relating to or in connection with this prize draw. The Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to use the name, biography, likeness, signature, sound recording, photographs and film of the winners relating to or in connection with this prize draw for any advertising, publicity or editorial purposes in any media throughout the world and the winner irrevocably consents to any such use.
18. The holiday prizes are provided by an independent third party and are therefore subject to their terms and conditions.
19. The prizes may appear in other promotional materials.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
